The Ft. Worth Federal Correctional Institute

We now have Services and Bible studies at the FW prison! God has opened up the door of opportunity and blessed us with anointed ministers to preach the Gospel in the Texas Prison system!

The FIRST CHURCH prison ministry is designed to minister to incarcerated, underage offenders who are currently maintained at the Ft. Worth Correctional Institute. Using the uncompromised Word of God as a tool, we are able to encourage, exhort, rebuke, and reprove inmates concerning their present situation as they seek to uncover and reconcile the reality of their lives. It is our goal to reach out to these men, that they might have the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to respond to Him as their Savior and Deliverer.

Located at 3150 Horton Road in Fort Worth, our pre-approved Ministry team of Pastor Thomas Hernandez and Pastor Donovan Burkett, holds services from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., beginning Saturday, June 11, 2011.
